　明けましておめでとうございます。

　昨日は妹夫婦宅にお呼ばれして食事、帰ってきてからは吉田類さんの『年またぎ酒場放浪記』。紅白を観ない大みそかも落ちついていていいものだなあと。

　ゴーリキーの『私の大学』の英訳本。ちらちら読んでました。１７，８年前だったか、根室に出張したとき古本屋で買った一冊。あのとき、ゴーゴリ、チェーホフも一緒に買って、今も書棚に。新品同様の、表紙のピカピカしたペイパーバック。あんがい便利に使えますが、今年もロシア関連書をロシア語でなく英語で…という年になるんだろうか。いや、英語からだろうが何だろうが、吸収できるものは何だって学ばせてもらう。

　もう去年は過去のこと。細かいことはくよくよせず、一歩一歩。
